1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Quality Quick Print ("QQP", "we", "us") is the business name of DocuMedia Learning Group Campus LLC, a Utah limited liability company at 2650 North 300 East, DML Campus #150, North Ogden, UT 84414. This policy covers our website, quality-quick-print.com, the forms embedded on it, and information you give us by phone or in person at the shop.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the information you give us when you place an order, contact us, or register for a workshop through the forms on our website, which are hosted by Jotform, or by phone or in person:

• Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address.
• Order details: your requested pickup date and time, a description of your project, and the payment method you plan to use. We do not collect card numbers online.
• Files you upload for printing. These may contain personal information about other people, such as names and mailing addresses for envelopes, labels, or variable data printing. You are responsible for having the right to give us that information, and we use it only to produce your job.
• Workshop registration details: the registering adult's contact details, the names of other participants, and whether a participant is under 8 years old.
• Technical information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and the page you came from, by our web host and by services embedded on our pages (Section 5).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to quote, produce, and hand off your order and to contact you about it, to answer your questions, to register you for workshops, to keep business and tax records, to prevent fraud and misuse of our forms, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Text Message (SMS) Notifications

We may offer text message notifications that tell you when your order is ready for pickup. If we offer this program, here is how it works:

• Opt-in only. You receive texts only if you check the text notification box on our order form or ask us in person. Checking the box is optional and is not required to place an order.
• What we send. Order status messages, such as "your order is ready for pickup", and occasional questions about your job.
• How often. Message frequency varies by order, typically 1 to 3 messages per order.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Stopping. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or call (801) 528-3747.
• No sharing. Your phone number, your consent to receive texts, and your opt-in status will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the messaging service provider that delivers texts on our behalf, and only so it can deliver them.

5. Who We Share Information With

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Jotform (Jotform Inc.), which hosts our forms and stores the information and files you submit.
• Our web hosting provider, which serves the website.
• Google Fonts, Google Maps, and Cloudflare, which load when you view our pages and receive your IP address and browser details.
• A messaging provider, if we offer text notifications, to deliver those texts (Section 4).

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, as part of a sale or merger of the business, or at your direction. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

6. Cookies and Do Not Track

Our website does not set cookies of its own. Content embedded from other companies, such as the Jotform forms and the Google Map, may set its own cookies under that company's privacy policy. Our website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Workshop registrations for a child are completed by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by using our contact form, calling us, or writing to us (Section 10). We will verify your identity before acting on a request and may keep information we are required to keep by law. To stop text notifications, reply STOP to any message.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
